Superior Court of Arizona, Case No. CV2020-006219 · 2020–2022
Reviewed documents; prepared an expert report, a rebuttal to Google’s experts, and two supplemental reports; and was deposed in July 2022. The matter settled for $85 million before trial.
State of Texas v. Google LLC
Texas District Court, Cause No. 22-01-88230-D · 2023–2024
Reviewed documents; prepared an expert report; and was deposed in May 2024. The State of Texas announced a $1.375 billion settlement in principle in May 2025.
Social Media Adolescent Addiction / Personal Injury Products Liability Litigation
MDL No. 3047, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California · 2024–2026
Reviewed documents; prepared an expert report and a rebuttal to defendants’ experts; was deposed; and prepared for the State Attorneys General trial against Meta. Trial began in August 2026, followed by a proposed settlement of up to $17 billion, subject to court approval.
